A customer-friendly consulting and a relaxed sales atmosphere is the top priority in the restructuring of the WSW customer centers. In the four new locations, the new organizational structures will be architecturally accentuated and clarified. The division of space into individual customer areas is adapted to meet customer needs. The three product lines Energy, Mobility, Top-Ticket are differentiated by colored LED light walls. They are clearly perceived as a product line. In order to minimize waiting times for customers, the various product areas can be adapted to the varying levels of traffic by means of centrally controlled color changes.
Overall, the design concept is transparent and up-to-date both inside and out. The window areas simultaneously provide insights and outlooks for customers and employees.
The latest information is provided via centrally controlled monitors. Timetable changes, actions and other information can be recorded here in time.
The Green Walls provide a pleasant room climate in all three customer centers and have a great visual recognition value. WSW is green. By making use of LED lights with daylight control, the WSW customer centers emphasize their internal approach to using regenerative energies even in everyday working life.
